XChief Pro, I’d never heard of them and the other styles under the same brand had good reviews, so I thought it was worth a try. At $169, I was unsure, tho I know really super branded knives come it a much higher price point. This will be a bonus if they stay sharp and stay sturdy. Out of the box, they are well packaged, a lot of care taken to make sure they arrive in good condition. Each wrapped in plastic, board, with point protections, and placed in molded foam. They start out very sharp. They are all well balanced at the hilt, which is heavy to help offset the weight of the blade. The hilt is also wider than most, which is great for larger hands like mine. Blades are super shiny, and they hold that shine as long as we wash and dry them as they should be, and not in a dishwasher.
